1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Harshit Classes. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our physical coaching services in Mahipalpur, New Delhi, our website, and our official mobile application (collectively referred to as the "Services"). By enrolling in our institute, downloading our app, or using our website, you (and your parent/guardian if you are a minor) agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of Educational Services

Harshit Classes provides offline and hybrid tutoring for school students (Classes 4 to 12), specialized computer courses, and spoken English classes. Our mobile app is provided as a supplementary tool to help students access notes, view recorded lectures, submit assignments, check test results, and receive institute notifications.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use our mobile application, students/parents must register using the credentials provided by the institute administration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username, password, OTPs). You agree not to share your account access with any third parties or non-enrolled students. Any unauthorized use of your account must be immediately reported to the administration.

4. Code of Conduct

We maintain a strict code of conduct to ensure a healthy learning environment. While using our physical premises or our digital app, students must:

• Maintain respectful behavior towards teachers, staff, and fellow students.
• Not use the app or group chats to send spam, offensive language, or inappropriate content.
• Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or bypass the security of the mobile application.

Harshit Classes reserves the right to suspend or terminate the enrollment and app access of any student found violating this code of conduct, without any fee refund.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All study materials, PDF notes, video lectures, test papers, and software code provided through the physical classes or the mobile app are the exclusive intellectual property of Harshit Classes. These materials are provided for your personal, non-commercial educational use only. You are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, recording, selling, or uploading our proprietary materials to public platforms like YouTube, Telegram, or other websites.

6. Fee Payment, Attendance, and Refund Policy

Our operational policies regarding fees and attendance are as follows:

• Fee Payment: Monthly or course-wise fees must be paid on or before the due date as communicated by the administration. Failure to pay fees on time may result in restricted access to classes and the mobile app.
• Refunds: Generally, tuition fees and registration fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in specific cases determined at the sole discretion of the management.
• Attendance: Regular attendance is highly recommended for optimal results. Harshit Classes is not liable to provide compensatory classes if a student misses a lecture due to personal reasons, though recorded lectures may be available on the app.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Results

While Harshit Classes employs experienced teachers and provides comprehensive study materials to help students score 90+ marks, educational success ultimately depends on the student's individual effort, focus, and self-study. We do not guarantee specific exam results, grades, or job placements (in the case of computer courses). The Services and mobile app are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harshit Classes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Services or the mobile app, including but not limited to loss of data, app crashes, or mobile device issues.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
